A sobering report prepared by Northern Fleet (NF) Commander Admiral Vladimir Korolev that is circulating in the Kremlin today states that the “meteor incident” in the skies above Murmansk Oblast early this morning (02:10 local time) that resulted in a “spectacular fireball” explosion [see video below] was, in fact, the destruction of an American spy drone fired upon and destroyed by “advanced scientific counter measures” [i.e. laser weapon].
According to this report, Northern Fleet forces first identified what they described as an American stealth unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) surveillance aircraft named the RQ-180 departing from Norway’s Stavanger International Airport, Sola (SVG) attempting to disguise its radar image with those of regular departing civilian aircraft.
Northern Fleet signals intelligence (SIGINT), however, this report continues, was able to track the “controlling origin” of this RQ-180 spy drone to the US Air Force’s 501st Combat Support Wing located in Stavanger, Norway, which supports the Joint Warfare Center (NATO).

The “main targets” of this RQ-180 spy drone, this report says, appears to have been Severomorsk which is the main administrative base of the Northern Fleet, and the Gadzhiyevo Naval Base, the latter which is home port forRussia’s two newest ballistic missile Borey-class submarines, the Yury Dolgoruky and Alexander Nevsky.
The RQ-180, this report notes, first came to the attention of the General Staff this past year after reports surfaced of its testing by the US Air Force at their highly secretive base known as Area 51, located in Nevada, and was described as being able to conduct the penetrating intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) missions that have been left unaddressed after the retirement of the Lockheed SR-71 “Blackbird” long-range reconnaissance aircraft back in 1998.
The reason(s) for this “act of war” action by the Obama regime of sending this RQ-180 spy drone on its mission, this report says, was a “direct retaliation” for the Kremlin’s refusal this past week to allow the scheduled 14-16 April over-flight of Russian territory by the US Air Force; which is allowed under the 1992 Open Skies Treaty, but which Moscow notified the State Department 72 hours before the scheduled flight that it would not be permitted.

Though this report doesn’t specifically mention the exact “advanced scientific counter measures” used by the Northern Fleet to destroy this RQ-180 spy drone, it is important to note that Soviet scientists had developed laser weapons that could be used against NATO troops and vehicles by the mid-1980s, and in 2012, CEO of Russia’s Almaz-Antei advanced arms makers, Dr Vladislav Menshikov, confirmed his company continues work, started decades ago, to develop powerful lasers capable of shooting down hostile aircraft and incoming missiles.
These truck-mounted platform lasers wouldn’t simply blind incoming pilots like modern handheld lasers do, it’s important to, also, note, they would melt the fuselage and set the plane on fire, and which from eye witness descriptions of the RQ-180’s destruction appears to have happened in this case.
Most alarming about this incident, this report continues, is that it occurred a day after the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) warned that the Obama regime, and its aligned regimes, are preparing for war and stated that the United States remains the largest military spender in the world, despite the much heralded “defense cuts,” and further warned that the US, NATO, and “non-NATO US allies” account for over 64 percent of all military spending in the world.
Particularly ominous in SIPRIS’s report, Admiral Korolev further warns, is it stating that:
“As US aligned states across the globe stockpile weapons, it looks like this trend of violence by Wall Street and its allies is not going away. They may be preparing for a much larger all-out war to keep control of the world, as their economic system grinds to a halt, and the countries seeking independent development continue to prosper.”
And as to how grave the situation in the United States has become and why the Obama regime craves conflict, this report says, was confirmed this past week when a Princeton University study confirmed that America is no longer a democracy but an “Oligarchy”; and another influential study conducted by Infowars.com chillingly shows how Western bankers have long profited from total war.
And to President Putin’s statement this week that “the US will cut off their nose to spite their face”, this report warns, it appears more likely by the day as the American people are now being reported as “ready to snap” as military-style units from Obama regime government agencies are said to be wreaking havoc on non-violent citizens, and shocking new statistics prove that government dependence in the US has now reached epidemic levelsmaking these American people more reminiscent of Soviet citizens under communism than of being truly free people.
Going from the mere frightening to the truly terrifying on how far the United States has plunged in moral authority, this report concludes, one of the Obama regimes top supporters, US Senator Harry Reid, this past week actually called his fellow citizens “domestic terrorists” for daring to stand up for their rights; and the White House’s counterterrorism and Homeland Security adviser, Lisa Monaco, shockingly gave a speech this week in which she urged American parents to “watch their children for signs of “confrontational” behavior which could be an indication of them becoming terrorists.
As to whom the real “terrorists” in America really are this report doesn’t say… but when you have a country like the United States that now has more prisoners jailed than at any time occurred in Stalin’s Gulag, and has more blacks imprisoned than were ever slaves in their Southern States, it doesn’t take a genius to figure it out.

Where do Easter eggs come from? Why do the children eat chocolate rabbits? And what about that game looking for hare’s eggs in the garden? We take a look at the symbolism behind Easter and its traditions and we find some common values and eternal cycles of respect for reproduction and human life.
As Easter approaches, let us take a look at the symbolism behind the traditions as we celebrate and let us see how painting eggs, eating chocolate rabbits and going on an egg-hunt around the garden are proof of eternal and common supra-Continental human values which transcend time and space.
Easter eggs, chocolate bunnies, the ubiquitous children’s dream at Easter time… from the end of the nineteenth century, brought to the UK and the USA by German immigrants. And indeed the Goddess of Fertility and Spring – Eostre, makes her presence on the world stage, springing from pre-Christian Pagan fertility festivities, depicted in rock engravings holding a rabbit (fertility) and an egg (eternity, no beginning and no end).
It is a time of Resurrection, the restarting of the cycle of agriculture, of life, a time of sowing, a time of planting and a time of celebration that the Winter Spirit of death (symbolic death of the agricultural cycle) has departed. The Fertility Festival is the antithesis of the first Festival of Light, which is Hallowe’en (Halo or Hallow’s evening, the Night before the Saints appear) the end of the agricultural cycle and the coming of darkness.
And for those Europeans who say that Hallowe’en is a “stupid American festival” here is the rub. To be an American Festival, it either had to be born the other side of the Atlantic or else was taken there by Europeans, who since dropped the customs and had them re-introduced centuries later. It was a tremendously important festival in Medieval Europe.
The symbolic burning of scarecrows abounds in different parts of Europe either at Hallowe’en (the “Guy” in the UK), during the Festivals of Light throughout Winter (Saint Martin’s Day in November, not to mention Christmas and New Year and Epiphany) or at Easter.
So these are not German festivities or American festivals, they are Universal rites based around common human values – respect for life, the celebration of resurrection, the eternal cycle of new hopes for a tomorrow bathed in light… however dark the nights may be. This eternal quest to protect and worship life has been present since humankind began communicating through rock engravings – placing a funeral stone on the breast of the deceased with zigzag lines representing waves (the water of life) or the feathers of the night-Goddess, the Owl (brought by the Moon).
Waves are water, water is life.
In Russia, people boil eggs and colour them, drawing designs or patterns on top of the coloured paint. Red-coloured eggs represent the Blood of Christ.
Good Friday is called Strastnaya Pyatnitsa and Easter Sunday is Pashalnoye Voskresenye, after the Easter Service at Church on Saturday. At midnight the priest says Khristos Vosgres! (Christ is risen!) and the congregation says Voistinu Vosgres! (Truly He is risen!) Whether or not they went to Church service, on Easter Sunday people say this and perform the Kiss of Peace or Khristosovanie (Kissing three times).
Easter Sunday is celebrated with the Easter Breakfast, which ends the Great Lenten Fast, and which consists of many dishes. Typical dishes are Kulich (Easter Bread, symbolizing the Body of Christ, with a cross on top) and Paskha, Easter Cake (a pyramid-shaped dish made from cheese curds).
Charitable offerings are made to the poor, needy and orphanages.

In some areas of the world, payment systems that require palm scanning or face scanning are already being tested. We have entered an era where biometric security is being hailed as the “solution” to the antiquated security methods of the past.
We are being promised that the constant problems that hackers are causing with our credit cards, bank accounts, ATM machines and Internet passwords will all go away once we switch over to biometric identification. And without a doubt, we have some massive security problems that need to be addressed. But do you really want a machine to read your face or your hand before you are able to buy anything, sell anything or log on to the Internet? Do you really want “the system” to be able to know where you are, what you are buying and what you are doing at virtually all times? Biometric security systems are being promoted as “cool” and “cutting edge”, but there is also potentially a very dark side to them that should not be ignored.
In this day and age, identity theft has become a giant problem. Being able to confirm that you are who you say that you are is a very big deal. To many, biometric security presents a very attractive solution to this problem. For example, the following is a brief excerpt from a recent Fox News article entitled “Biometric security can’t come soon enough for some people“…
In a world where nearly every ATM now uses an operating system without any technical support, where a bug can force every user of the Internet to change the password to every account they’ve ever owned overnight, where cyber-attacks and identity theft grow more menacing every day, the ability to use your voice, your finger, your face or some combination of the three to log into your e-mail, your social media feed or your checking account allows you to ensure it’s very difficult for someone else to pretend they’re you.
Almost everyone would like to make their identities more secure. Nobody actually wants their bank accounts compromised or their Internet passwords stolen. But there is a price to be paid for adopting biometric identification. Your face or your hand will be used to continually monitor and track everything that you do and everywhere that you go. Here is some more from that Fox News article…
Friday, we made Ryan King the most verified man in Brooklyn.
“Verified,” a fingerprint-recognition device chirped back at Ryan after he placed his finger on the reader.
“Verified,” a facial-recognition device said to Ryan after scanning his face.
Ryan works at the American headquarters for FingerTec, a Malaysian company replacing PINs, usernames, and typed passwords with fingers and faces we don’t need to memorize.
“You can’t copy someone’s fingerprint unless you chop it off,” Ryan said, “which wouldn’t work because it has to be attached to a hand.”
For now, biometric security is not being forced on people. If you want to avoid it, you can.
But eventually, once it has been adopted on a widespread basis, banks and government agencies will start requiring it.
And it is easy to imagine a day when none of us will any longer be able to buy or sell anything without submitting to biometric identification. In fact, an “alternative payment method” involving hand scanning is already being tested in southern Sweden
Hand scanning has become an alternative payment method for people in a city in southern Sweden, researchers at Lund University said Monday.
Vein scanning terminals have been installed in 15 shops and restaurants in Lund thanks to an engineering student who came up with the idea two years ago while waiting in line to pay.
Some 1,600 people have signed up already for the system, which its creator says is not only faster but also safer than traditional payment methods.
“Every individual’s vein pattern is completely unique, so there really is no way of committing fraud with this system,” researcher Fredrik Leifland said in a statement.
“You always need your hand scanned for a payment to go through.”
But before biometric identification is widely used for payment systems, we will probably see it implemented in a whole bunch of other ways first. For instance, biometric scanners are already being used in dining halls on college campuses all across America
Hand geometry readers have been fairly common on campus for years but more recent deployments are leveraging fingerprint and even iris biometrics to link students with transactions. Physical access is the hallmark biometric application but the technology has been gaining popularity in food service and other sectors to expedite transactions.
The social stigma attached to biometrics is also being lifted, as students are becoming more comfortable with the technology, says Brian Adoff, executive vice president at NuVision. The inclusion of a fingerprint scanner on the latest iPhone is just one indication that the younger generation is comfortable with biometrics.
“Administrators have a greater fear of the technology than students,” says Bob Lemley, director of software development at the CBORD Group. “Students are growing up with the technology so they don’t think about it as much as the older generations.”
Georgia Southern University can attest to that fact. The school deployed iris biometrics at its dining hall and only two students out of 5,400 refused to enroll, says Richard Wynn, director of the university’s Eagle Card Program.
Young people tend to be less alarmed by this technology, and so that is where it is being pushed. If you can believe it, biometric scanners are even going to be used at Six Flags amusement park this summer…
A new scanning system at Six Flags sounds like it’s from the future, but the biometric scanner aims to make faster entrances for season pass holders.
When guests arrive at the front gate for the first time of the season, they will present their voucher and a scanner processes an image of their fingerprint, assigning a unique set of numbers that are used to validate the pass holder’s card each visit.
The first visit should take only about 20 seconds to set up the card, as opposed to the additional time of taking a photo and getting it printed on the card, according to spokeswoman Elizabeth Gotway.
This kind of reminds me of the new “MagicBands” at Disney parks that I have written about previously. You have probably seen the television commercials featuring them by now. Disney seems to think that parents and kids will have no problems wearing RFID tracking devices that allow them to buy stuff and monitor wherever they go. If you want to see what Disney has to say about these “MagicBands”, you can do so right here.
Our world is becoming stranger with each passing day.
Incredibly, biometric identification is even being used in Africa to keep track of who is being vaccinated…
In fact, some biometric solutions are helping solve vaccine delivery issues in Africa which has been hampered by ineffective tracking and reporting. Today, a biometric vaccination registry helps to ensure that millions of young children receive the vaccine that is needed to save their lives. And by knowing “who” has been vaccinated, these precious life-saving drugs are not wasted by over-vaccinating some and missing others entirely.
This technology is going to keep spreading, and it is going to become harder and harder to avoid it.
And it is easy to imagine what a tyrannical government could do with this kind of technology. If it wanted to, it could use it to literally track the movements and behavior of everyone.
We are already starting to see the establishment of massive biometric databases. One of these is the FBI’s facial recognition database that is a part of their “Next Generation Identification” program. It is being projected that the FBI will have compiled 52 million of our “face images” by the year 2015. Given enough time, eventually I am sure that they would have all of our faces in their computers.
And one day, this kind of technology will likely be so pervasive that you won’t be able to open a bank account, get a credit card or even buy anything without having either your hand or your face scanned first.
When that day arrives, what will you do?
That is something to think about.

South Korean authorities have arrested the captain of a ferry which sank two days ago with more than 470 people onboard.
Lee Joon-seok arrived in court late on Friday to face a prosecutor’s request for his formal arrest.
The captain faces several charges, including negligence of duty and violation of maritime law.
Official reports say an inexperienced crew member may have been at the ship’s control when it overturned.
Based on data provided by the Maritime Ministry, the ferry made a sharp turn just before sending out its first distress signals and some experts believe a tight turn could have displaced its cargo and destabilized the ferry.
Lee and most of his 28 crew, who reportedly managed to escape the ferry, have been criticized for abandoning the ship when so many passengers were still onboard. He has defended his decision to wait before ordering an evacuation that survivors say came 30 minutes after the boat was listed.
The ship was carrying mostly high school students on a trip to a resort island when it capsized.
Meanwhile, police said a high school vice-principal, who accompanied hundreds of students onboard the ferry, has committed suicide.
The 52-year-old had been missing since Thursday. He was found hanged from a tree in the port city of Jindo, where relatives of people still missing were gathered.
Teams of divers are striving to find a way inside the capsized ship in hope of finding survivors trapped in air pockets, amid challenging weather conditions.
Some rescuers got inside the submerged vessel on Friday, but did not immediately report finding any survivors.
So far, 28 passengers are officially listed as dead, 179 have been rescued and 268 are still missing.

The Pentagon may deploy more ground troops in Poland, although the number may be much smaller than what the eastern European NATO member wants to see. Washington is seeking to reassure allies amid fears of a Russian aggression.
Warsaw and Washington may announce the deployment of additional American troops in Poland next week, Polish Defense Minister Tomasz Siemoniak said following a meeting with his US counterpart, Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel at the Pentagon on Thursday.
He added that Poland would play a leading role in the NATO build-up of troops in Eastern Europe, “under US patronage,” the Washington Post reported. He added that the US needs to “re-pivot” back to Europe from Asia to counter “Russian aggression” in Ukraine.
Siemoniak earlier called on the Pentagon to deploy as many as 10,000 American troops in his country. Poland already hosts some 100 to 150 US military servicing a battery of surface-to-air Patriot missiles, which was deployed in 2010 to give Warsaw more confidence for hosting elements of the NATO anti-ballistic missile shield in Europe.
The Polish minister’s calls were mirrored by NATO’s top military commander, Gen. Philip M. Breedlove, who said in an interview this month that one of the options the alliance has on the table is to move a 4,500-member combat brigade from Fort Hood, Texas, to Europe.
The Pentagon so far has not given any details about the planned deployment, saying it has multiple options under consideration. But a senior US official told Fox news on Friday that around 130 soldiers may be sent to Poland on a rotational basis.
The US military also announced on Friday the dispatch of a US Army company of about 150 soldiers to Poland to take part in a two-week land-forces exercise.
NATO’s military response to the Ukrainian crisis was to deploy additional aircraft for patrols in European airspace and to send American warships into the Black Sea.
Relations between Russia and the West became strained after an armed coup in February deposed President Viktor Yanukovich following months of protests. Moscow considers the events to have been orchestrated by the EU and the US and does not recognize the post-coup authorities as legitimate.
Moscow reserved the right to use its military force in Ukraine, should massive violence occur there targeting ethnic Russians. It also accepted Crimea, when it voted to break up from Ukraine and become part of Russia. Russia is eyeing the ongoing turmoil in eastern Ukraine cautiously, where Kiev is trying to suppress anti-government protests with the use of military force.
NATO members in Eastern Europe are concerned that the Russian military is strong enough to defeat their national militaries and have been calling on the US to ensure their protection from possible aggression. Moscow believes that the alliance is seeking justification for its existence by blowing the tension over Ukraine out of proportion.

White House counterterrorism and Homeland Security adviser Lisa Monaco gave a speech this week in which she urged parents to watch their children for signs of “confrontational” behavior which could be an indication of them becoming terrorists.
During the speech at at Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government on Tuesday night, Monaco, who replaced John Brennan last year in overseeing the executive branch’s homeland-security activities, said that parents need to be suspicious of “sudden personality changes in their children at home.”
“What kinds of behaviors are we talking about?” she asked. “For the most part, they’re not related directly to plotting attacks. They’re more subtle. For instance, parents might see sudden personality changes in their children at home—becoming confrontational.”
Monaco lamented the fact that, “The government is rarely in a position to observe these early signals,” encouraging parents to act as watchdogs to detect radicalization in line with President Obama’s goal of combating homegrown extremism.
Over the last decade, the federal government has broadened its definition of what constitutes potential terrorism to such a degree that the term has lost all meaning and is clearly being used as a political tool to demonize adversarial political activism.
Indeed, only yesterday Senator Harry Reid caused outrage when he labeled supporters of Nevada cattle rancher Cliven Bundy “domestic terrorists”.
Although such tactics pre-date the 2009 release of the MIAC report, the Missouri Information Analysis Center document was perhaps the most shocking in that it characterized a whole swathe of conservative Americans as domestic extremists, including Ron Paul supporters, people who own gold and people who display political bumper stickers.
Homeland Security study leaked in 2012 upped the ante even further, demonizing Americans who are “suspicious of centralized federal authority,” and “reverent of individual liberty” as “extreme right-wing” terrorists.
Lisa Monaco’s speech and the federal government’s track record in assailing both banal behavior and political activism as potential “terrorism” serves as a reminder that the war on terror has now been focused inwardly against innocent Americans, making it all the more harder to detect actual terrorists.

In the video below, Alex Jones breaks down the bigger picture behind the move to turn the war on terror against American citizens.
