He also reportedly refused invitations by Hitler and Franco to work on fascist propaganda campaigns in Europe. Read Entire Article » |

Posted: 06 Apr 2016 03:50 AM PDT ![]() “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable.” John F. Kennedy Well-known US conservative media personality Patrick J. Buchanan has warned that attempts to ignore the Donald Trump message to America will make violent revolution possible. Writing against the backdrop of the last set of Republican Party primary elections—in which Trump is widely predicted to fail in his attempt to win enough delegates to clinch that party’s nomination—Buchanan said that the establishment dared not ignore the millions of Trump voters. Buchanan’s article, featured on the US VDare site under the title “What Trump Has Wrought—The Rebirth of Nationalism in America,” says that as “Wisconsinites head for the polls, our Beltway elites are almost giddy. For they foresee a Badger State bashing for Donald Trump, breaking his momentum toward the Republican nomination.” Buchanan says that should Trump fall short of the delegates needed to win on the first ballot, 1,237, “there is growing certitude that he will be stopped. First by Ted Cruz; then, perhaps, by someone acceptable to the establishment, which always likes to have two of its own in the race.” But, Buchanan says, this “city of self-delusion should realize there is no going back for America. For, whatever his stumbles of the last two weeks, Trump has helped to unleash the mightiest force of the 21st century: nationalism.” He points out that the major issue which has generated so much support for Trump is illegal immigration and the border with Mexico. “Republican candidates who failed to parrot Trump on illegal immigration were among the first casualties. For that is where America is, and that is where the West is,” Buchanan continues. He then points out that the second issue on which Trump has “connected with the people” is trade. Republicans, he wrote, are “at last learning that trade deficits do matter, that free trade is not free. The cost comes in dead factories, lost jobs, dying towns and the rising rage of an abandoned Middle America whose country this is and whose wages have stagnated for decades.” Buchanan points out that “America’s 19th-century meteoric rise” was due to self-sufficiency in manufacturing, and not on foreign imports. “Production comes before consumption. Who owns the orchard is more essential than who eats the apples. We have exported the economic independence that Hamilton taught was indispensable to our political independence. We have forgotten what made us great.” A third casualty of “Trumpism,” Buchanan points out, is the “post-Cold War foreign policy consensus among liberal interventionists and neoconservatives.” Trump has drawn large support by subjecting “US commitments to a cost-benefit analysis, as seen from the standpoint of cold national interest.” He then lists the disastrous foreign policy interventions of the Washington DC bipartisan establishment, all of which have nothing to do with the US, and which just cost billions of dollars: NATO, Russia, and the South China Sea. “America First, staying out of other nation’s wars—these are as much the propellants of Trumpism as is the decline of the American working and middle class.” Buchanan goes on to point out that “Trump’s presence in the race has produced the largest turnout ever in the primaries of either party. He has won the most votes, most delegates, most states. Wisconsin aside, he will likely come to Cleveland in that position.” He then moves on to his powerful warning: If, through rules changes, subterfuge, and faithless delegates, party elites swindle him out of the nomination, do they think that the millions who came out to vote for Trump will go home and say: We lost it fair and square? Do they think they can then go back to open borders, amnesty, a path to citizenship, the Trans-Pacific Partnership, and nation building? Whatever happens to Trump, the country has spoken. And if the establishment refuses to heed its voice, and returns to the policies the people have repudiated, it should take heed of John F. Kennedy’s warning: “Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.” Source |
Posted: 06 Apr 2016 03:35 AM PDT ![]() Justin Bieber has defended his new hairstyle following a public outcry. The Sorry singer ditched his trademark boyband hairstyle over the weekend for dreadlocks and he immediately faced backlash from fans who were unhappy with his bizarre new look. The 22-year-old is being called out for cultural appropriation over the hairstyle, with numerous critics claiming that ‘black’ hairstyles are more than just a fashion statement. One angry Instagram user wrote: “People are annoyed cause when black people wear this style they are stereotyped as druggies and are “unkempt” look at Zendaya for example. She had fake dreads and she was stereotyped.” Before adding: “But when people such as Justin wears them its suddenly the latest trend.” Another user wrote: “What would America be like if we loved Black people as much as we love Black culture?” Despite the uproar, Justin has insisted that he doesn’t understand why people are so angry about his new style. During an appearance at the iHeartRadio Awards last night, where he took home three awards including one for Best Male Artist, the singer commented on the backlash. The pop hunk told the paparazzi: “[People say] you wanna be black and all that stuff, I’m like, ‘It’s just my hair’.” Meanwhile, Justin’s diehard fans have made #OurJustin trend worldwide on Twitter in a bid to show support for their idol. It comes just a few months after Justin jumped to the defence of Kylie Jenner on Twitter when she was labelled a racist for getting cornrows. He told his fans at the time: “I’m the first to know this. But saying she’s being racist because she has her hair in braids is ridiculous.” Justin Bieber’s hairstyle might have been a direct response to the Jewish student Cory Goldstein who got harassed by a black woman for having dreadlocks just a week ago, saying that he is “appropriating her black Egyptian culture” (WTF? pure American insanity): Source |
Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:48 AM PDT ![]() “Refugees” who con their way into Australia will earn a minimum of AUD $50,000 (US$38,362) per year without doing anything other than being there—and very likely substantially more depending upon how many children they can produce. The astonishing payouts—part of the reason why Australia is in such demand as a destination for nonwhite scroungers—can be calculated using the government’s Department of Human Services (DHS) “Payment Finder” website tool. Setting up parameters consisting of two “refugees” (a couple) under the age of 30, with two children under the age of thirteen, the DHS calculator reveals that the “refugees” will immediately qualify for at least twelve different payments. These are as follows: — Parenting Payment, which is “income support for parents or guardians to help with the cost of raising children.” A “refugee” couple will get paid $476.40 per fortnight, or $24,772 per year under this scheme. This figure rises substantially—to $737.10 per fortnight, or $38,329.20 per year—if there is only one parent in the household. — Child Care Benefit, which is for “the costs for approved and registered care such as long, family or occasional day care, outside school hour care, vacation care, pre-school and kindergarten.” This figure runs at $5,412.95 per year for each child, or in our theoretical example, $10,825.90. These figures increase as the children get older, to $6,825.50 per year, per child, for children aged thirteen to fifteen, and to $6,825.50 per year, per child for children aged sixteen to nineteen. — Family Tax Benefit, is a two part payment that “helps with the cost of raising children.” To benefit from this payment, the “refugees” must show that their children are in their “primary care for at least 35 percent of the time.” This gives them another $5,412.95 per child, or in our theoretical case, another $10,825.90 per year. — Low Income Supplement, which is an “annual $300 payment to help eligible low-income households.” — They will also qualify for “Rent Assistance” of $3978.52 per year (which goes up to $4495.40 per year if they have more than three children). –They will also qualify for an “Energy Supplement” payment. In addition, “refugees” qualify for what is called a “Crisis Payment,” which is a “one off payment to help people who have experienced extreme circumstances.” This payment can be made four times per year, and is equivalent to all the benefits they receive each week. — Income Support Bonus, which is a “tax free payment made twice a year to help people on certain income support payments.” This amounts to $92.80 for couples. (This amount is not being added to our theoretical example because it is being discontinued as of September 2016.) All of this is over and above the free healthcare which they will receive. Furthermore, after two years, they will be able to qualify for the “Newstart Allowance” which is a payment of at least $527 for single “refugees” and $570 for a single refugee with dependent children. Any new children are subsidized by the “Newborn Supplement” which runs at $2,091.84 for the first child (and each child in a multiple birth) and up to $1,046.25 for subsequent children. Then they will qualify for the “Large Family Supplement” which pays $324.85 per year for the fourth and each subsequent child. If they have triplets, they get a “Multiple Birth Allowance” which amounts to $3,920.10 per year, while quadruplets or more will earn them $5,219.50 per year. If they have a stillborn child, they will get a “Stillborn Baby Payment” of $2,091.84 for the first dead child, or each stillborn child in a multiple birth, and $1,046.25 for a subsequent stillborn child. There have been many examples of “refugee” families getting $3,080 a fortnight, or about $80,080 per annum tax free. Although Australia no longer allows the invaders to land by boat, it still has a “refugee and humanitarian program” which allows applications for “asylum” from those people who arrived with a valid visa and who have been staying in the Australian community, and people who have arrived in Australia by sea or air without a valid visa—described by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC) as “unauthorized arrivals.” Those found to be in “need of protection” are granted a permanent Protection Visa, provided they meet health and character requirements. The majority of refugees in Australia are resettled from other countries (offshore) through Australia’s offshore humanitarian resettlement program, meant for “people who are subject to persecution in their home country, who are typically outside their home country, and are in need of resettlement.” The majority of applicants who are considered under this category are identified and referred by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to Australia for resettlement. Posted: 06 Apr 2016 02:06 AM PDT ![]() The Obama administration released a warning Monday telling the nation’s landlords that it may be discriminatory for them to refuse to rent to those with criminal records. The Fair Housing Act doesn’t include criminals as a protected class, but the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) says refusing to rent based on a criminal record is a form of racial discrimination, due to racial imbalances in the U.S. justice system. “The Fair Housing Act prohibits both intentional housing discrimination and housing practices that have an unjustified discriminatory effect because of race, national origin, or other protected characteristics,” say HUD’s newly-released guidelines. “Because of widespread racial and ethnic disparities in the U.S. criminal justice system, criminal history-based restrictions on access to housing are likely disproportionately to burden African-Americans and Hispanics. While the Act does not prohibit housing providers from appropriately considering criminal history information when making housing decisions, arbitrary and overbroad criminal history-related bans are likely to lack a legally sufficient justification.” About 25 percent of Americans have some kind of criminal record, which can range from felony convictions to arrests that never led to charges. As HUD correctly notes, criminal history is not equally distributed across racial groups. For instance, while blacks are about 12 percent of the U.S. population, they are about 36 percent of the prison population. Hispanics are also overrepresented behind bars, though to a much smaller degree. Source |
