Posted: 27 Mar 2016 10:03 AM PDT  Moscow wants Kiev to pay interest daily on its $3 billion defaulted bond, Bloomberg reports after viewing court documents. Ukraine failed to pay the debt on December 20 and the penalty fee has grown to about $66.3 million as of Friday. The Kremlin refused to take part in the $15 billion debt restructuring Ukraine reached with its foreign creditors in 2015. Russia wanted Ukraine to recognize the debt as sovereign with restructuring terms better than those proposed by Kiev to its private creditors. In December, Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the Finance Ministry to file a lawsuit against Kiev, if it failed to repay the $3 billion within a 10-day grace period following the December 20 deadline. The lawsuit will be heard by the High Court in London. Russia is demanding more than the 7.75 percent interest Ukraine offered in its debt restructuring, which also included a 20 percent debt haircut. According to the court documents, quoted by Bloomberg, Russia’s lawyers suggest returning to the original five percent rate, equivalent to $427,083 a day, if the court in London decides eight percent interest is too high. Moscow is also asking Kiev to repay an additional $75 million in skipped interest payments before the debt deadline. “Ukraine has already indicated and re-affirms its intention vigorously to defend the entirety of the claim relating to the Russian Eurobonds. It will be filing its defense in due course,” Kiev’s lawyer told the media. Legal battles between Russia and Ukraine are valued at $100 billion, which includes cross-lawsuits between the two countries’ gas monopolies, Gazprom and Naftogaz. Kiev is demanding $37 billion from Moscow for what it calls the annexation of Crimea. Naftogaz is seeking $26 billion in damages from Gazprom, which, in its turn, demands $32 billion from Naftogaz. Posted: 27 Mar 2016 09:57 AM PDT  Pope Francis delivers his Easter message following a mass at the Vatican, March 27, 2016.“The Easter message of the risen Christ… invites us not to forget those men and women seeking a better future, an ever more numerous throng of migrants and refugees… fleeing from war, hunger, poverty and social injustice,” the Pope said in his Easter message on Sunday. “All too often, these brothers and sisters of ours meet along the way with death or, in any event, rejection by those who could offer them welcome and assistance,” the leader of the Roman Catholic Church added. Pope Francis has frequently urged the international community to fight xenophobia and open doors to refugees. His latest remarks come as Europe has been witnessing an unprecedented influx of refugees who are fleeing conflict-ridden zones in Africa and the Middle East, particularly Syria. Last year, more than a million refugees entered Europe. Many blame the interventionist and hegemonic policies of Western powers and their regional allies for the spread of violence in the region. The European Union (EU) and Turkey have recently agreed on a plan to curb the flow of refugees who cross from Turkey to Greek islands by boats. Human rights organizations and UN agencies have criticized the agreement, saying it would lead to the illegal return of refugees who face conflict or prosecution in their homelands. In his Sunday remarks, Pope Francis also referred to Syria’s five-year-long conflict with “its sad wake of destruction, death, contempt for humanitarian law.” He further raised hope that the warring sides in Syria would soon settle their differences and end the conflict. “Good will and the cooperation of all will bear fruit in peace and initiate the building of a fraternal society,” he added. A ceasefire agreement devised by Russia and the United States, which came into force across Syria on February 27, has been holding despite minor reports of violations. Delegates from the Syrian government and opposition groups are anticipated to resume talks in April. Source      |

Organizers have decided to postpone a rally in solidarity for the victims of Tuesday’s terror attacks in Brussels at the request of Belgium’s interior minister, who said police are stretched too thin due to the ongoing investigation into the bombings. Interior Minister Jan Jambon made his appeal on Belgian television, urging but not demanding organizers of the “March against Fear” demonstration planned for Sunday to cancel it over security concerns. Posted: 27 Mar 2016 08:55 AM PDT  New Zealand Prime Minister, John Key, didn’t like the current flag of New Zealand, so he made people vote on whether to keep it or pick a new one. The votes have been cast, and 56.6% of voters voted to keep the current flag. Only 43.2% wanted the newly-suggested design without the British Union flag on it. “The way we see ourselves in the world and the way others see us, has changed dramatically in the past century. Our flag does not reflect those changes.” Key said back in 2014. “We are in a tremendous position to enjoy the benefits and challenges that our inter-connected and globalised world offers.” Some same-flag voters thought that the new flag was ugly and poorly designed; others thought that the $26 million cost to change the flag was extortionate, while others honored that the nation is descended from Europeans, particularly British and Irish, and should reflect that on the flag. “Most people barely considered our national flag as an issue” said Professor Paul Moon, a historian at the Auckland University of Technology “until it was thrust in front of them in the form of an impending referendum.” “We were told a new flag was needed because we were ‘more multicultural, ‘more independent’, and ‘more vibrant’ as a nation.” In 2006, New Zealand was around 78% to 68% White, down from 92% White in 1961. Like other Western, European countries, certain members of the political elite want to eliminate the white majority into total extinction.      |
Posted: 27 Mar 2016 08:45 AM PDT  Serious shortcomings have been revealed in the work of European law-enforcement authorities following Brussels terrorist attacks, German newspaper Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten (DWN) wrote. One of the suicide bombers responsible for the recent terrorist attacks in Brussels Airport, Ibrahim El Bakraoui, was reportedly expelled by Turkey to the Netherlands on July 14, 2015. “The Turkish authorities had put him into a plane en route from Istanbul to Amsterdam together with an unnamed German,” the newspaper wrote, citing the words of Dutch Minister of Justice Ard van der Steur. The Dutch authorities said they had not been aware of Bakraoui’s expulsion, although the Turkish authorities claimed they informed the Dutch Embassy in Ankara via email. The email was allegedly classified as “very urgent” and is unlikely to have contained any relevant data on the issue, the article said. According to the newspaper, El Bakraoui had not been registered in any databases of the Dutch or international investigators and thus law-enforcement authorities had no reason to arrest him. What is however known is that El Bakraoui was sentenced in Belgium in 2010 to a long prison term and was freed on parole. Should he have served his sentence in a full amount, he would still be in prison and the Brussels attacks might not have happened. According to Belgian Minister of Justice Koen Geens, the country’s authorities were informed about Bakraoui’s expulsion too late. “We were first given a warning after the plane [with El Bakraoui] had landed in Schiphol,” Geens said. The justification, however, looks quite unconvincing. The warning was made months before the attacks in Brussels and could have possibly prevented them if taken seriously, the article said. Two blasts took place in the departure hall of the Brussels Zaventem international airport on Tuesday. Another explosion took place at the Maelbeek metro station near the European Union institutions. Thirty-one people were killed and more than 300 were injured in the attacks. Responsibility for the attacks was claimed by the Daesh terrorist group, outlawed in many countries, including Russia and the United States. Source     |

Posted: 28 Mar 2016 07:19 AM PDT  The Federal Security Service (FSB) is reporting today that it has informed the Security Council (SC) that it has “requested/advised” the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL) to immediately issue a “red notice” international arrest warrant against two German Federal Intelligence Service (BND) agents they suspect of having shipped into the Federation “highly radioactive” debris from a 10 March plane crash and, equally importantly, are suspected of killing Belgium atomic plant worker Didier Prospero two days after the 22 March attacks in Brussels. According to this report, the circumstances leading to these “critical actions” undertaken by the FSB were begun earlier today when the Port of Vladivostok reported that their radiation detectors had “sounded an alarm” during the processing of a train car full of scrap metal leased by one of the world’s largest scrap brokers and recyclers, The David J. Joseph Company, that had traveled via the Trans-Eurasia Logistics rail system from Germany in route to China. As per normal protocol involving instances of potential atomic threats to the Federation, this report continues, the FSB opened a joint investigation with the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), with them then discovering that the source of the radiation emanating from the scrap metal rail car was an aircraft ice detector that was emitting radiation that exceeded background radiation levels by 1,700 times. Most concerning to the both the FSB and SVR about this highly radioactive aircraft ice detector (manufactured byUTC Aerospace Systems and sold from their Frankfurt, Germany location), this report notes, was that it was attached to the “mangled/destroyed” wing of a 1989 twin engine Piper PA-34 Seneca III plane that was owned and operated by the “secretive/oblique” German company Porta Air Service long know to transport BND equipment and personal. As to how this aircraft was destroyed, this report says, was its crashing on 10 March after it left Atterheide Airport in Osnabrück, Germany, to follow a flight plan for Brussels Airport in Belgium, and which nearly immediately upon its crashing, a RT camera crew presented itself and began filming. As to how, and why, an RT film crew was able to appear upon this crash site in this small German town near the Belgium-Dutch borders immediately after it happened this report doesn’t explain, but it does bear notice that manyhave long suspected that this television network, funded entirely by the Russian government, does, in fact, act in concert with the SVR and FSB on surveillance and counter espionage operations—and in this case would have involved the tracking of the BND agents aboard this flight as to why they were flying to Belgium. Immediately after the crash of this plane though, FSB intelligence analysts in this report say, an Iraqi refugee named Hassanien Salman rushed to scene to aid the occupants, two of whom were badly injured, but the other two, believed to be BND agents, escaped by fleeing. And again, though not exactly stated in this report, FSB intelligence analysts suggests by their wordage that the RT film crew was able to capture on their cameras these two men fleeing the crash and the “package/baggage” they fled with—which appears why the SVR was able to identify them as being in Froidchapelle, Belgium, two days after the 22 March Brussels attacks where nuclear plant guard Didier Prospero was found dead with four bullet wounds in his body laying next to his dog Beauce who was shot and killed too. Speaking on MSNBC Friday, Katrina Pierson weighed in on the heated back and forth spat between her boss and Sen. Ted Cruz over whether the candidates’ wives are fair game. Asking about a meme Trump retweeted in response to an ad sent out by a pro-Ted Cruz super PAC, Steve Kornacki asked Pierson what Trump meant when he threatened to “spill the beans” on Cruz’s wife. “Spilling the beans is quite simple when it comes to Heidi Cruz,” Pierson replied, proceeding to give a preview of what Trump may further have in store. “Her entire career has been spent working against everything Ted Cruz says that he stands for,” Pierson said. “She is a Bush operative; she worked for the architect of NAFTA, which has killed millions of jobs in this country; she was a member on the Council on Foreign Relations who — in Sen. Cruz’s own words, called a nest of snakes that seeks to undermine national sovereignty; and she’s been working for Goldman Sachs, the same global bank that Ted Cruz left off of his financial disclosure, and also has Chairman of the Board of the Federal Reserve, which is something that Senator Cruz promised to audit the Fed, and didn’t show up for the vote,” Pierson stated. The “spill beans” threat originally stemmed from a meme sent out by a pro-Ted Cruz super PAC showing Trump’s wife in the nude. The hotel mogul blamed Cruz for the ad, and added he would retaliate.  In the interview Pierson – a former supporter of Ted Cruz – also touches on why Trump decided to retaliate, despite the Cruz campaign denying responsibility for the ad. “It may not have been directly from the Ted Cruz campaign, but this super PAC was operating on the behalf of Ted Cruz. It was a pro-Ted Cruz ad. And from the beginning since Mr. Trump entered this race, he disavowed all Super PACs, sent out cease and desist letters to those who were operating in his name, and told the candidates, ‘If you do not disavow super PACS we will hold the campaign accountable for the attacks’ against him. And that’s all Mr. Trump did.” Trump added fuel to the fire when he retweeted a photo from one of his supporters comparing the two candidates’ wives. Posted: 28 Mar 2016 06:58 AM PDT  Two reports out Sunday provide new details about the FBI’s investigation of Hillary Clinton, including that 147 FBI agents have been involved in the probe and that federal prosecutors are expected to soon seek an interview with the presidential candidate. According to The Los Angeles Times, prosecutors have contacted the attorneys for the top Clinton State Department aides who sent and received classified information that landed on the former secretary of state’s private email server. The FBI seized that device in August, after the intelligence community’s inspector general determined that some of the emails sent to Clinton contained “Top Secret” information. According to The Times, dates have not yet been set for the interviews with Clinton’s aides, but they are forthcoming, indicating that the Justice Department will soon wrap up its investigation. Clinton has denied that she is the target of the investigation. During a presidential debate held earlier this month Clinton grew visibly agitated when asked if she would quit her White House bid if indicted. Source      |

The video shows that the intercontinental ballistic missile flies through the earth’s atmosphere and slams into Washington near what appears to be the Lincoln Memorial, and then a nuclear explosion follows. “If the American imperialists provoke us a bit, we will not hesitate to slap them with a pre-emptive nuclear strike,” the video says in Korean. “The United States must choose! It’s up to you whether the nation called the United States exists on this planet or not.” Most of the video appears to chronicle what it calls “humiliating defeats” suffered by the United States at North Korea’s hands over the past years, including two separate incidents in which the North captured an American ship called the Pueblo and shot down an American helicopter in 1968 and 1994 respectively. It also depicts a barrage of artillery, rockets and missiles, which includes a submarine-launched ballistic missile. The missile shown in the video, which is what North Korea recently claimed it had successfully tested, ends with the American flag in flames. In 2013, the North released another video showing Lower Manhattan being bombed, and another one later showing President Obama and American troops in flames. Tensions between the US and North Korea have escalated since the start of 2016 after the North’s nuclear test in January and a long-range rocket launch on February 7. Pyongyang says the rocket launch was aimed at placing an earth observation satellite into orbit, but the US and South Korea say the move was a cover for an intercontinental ballistic missile test. On March 13, a US nuclear-powered aircraft carrier arrived in South Korea’s largest port city to take part in joint war games, dubbed Key Resolve, following threats by North Korea to wipe out its enemies. A day earlier, American and South Korean troops staged a big amphibious landing exercise on South Korea’s east coast, storming simulated North Korean beach defenses. Pyongyang condemned the assault drills, calling them “nuclear war moves” taken as preparations for an invasion. The North’s military said it was prepared to respond “with an ultra-precision blitzkrieg strike of the Korean style.” This year’s Key Resolve drills mark the largest of their kind as the allies step up military cooperation in the face of North Korea’s nuclear and missile threats. The immediate plan is an all out bid to deprive Donald Trump of victory – and the delegates – in Wisconsin. Governor Scott Walker, long reliant on Koch money, will endorse Cruz. A victory in Wisconsin for Cruz makes the big steal possible. A loss there makes the big steal much more difficult. The power-brokers short term game is clear; stall Trump just short of the magic number of delegates needed to be nominated on the first ballot with the knowledge that many delegates bound on the first ballot by Trump primary and caucus victories would be unbound on a second ballot. Much in the way the RNC stacked the galleries with anti-Trump partisans in the last two debates, anti-Trump quislings are be planted in various delegations that will be free to betray Trump on subsequent ballots. Some Republican state chairmen, for example, in Texas, New York, Massachusetts, Michigan, Connecticut, North Dakota, and other states, are planting “Trojan Horse” delegates into slots won by Trump on the first ballot. The second part of their audacious plan is to use procedural votes to adopt rules for the convention as recommended by the Rules Committee and the seating of the delegates as recommended by the Credentials Committee, neither of which will favor Donald Trump in any way. Those key committees are made up of two members from each state and the conspirators have been quietly placing their establishment stooges in these positions. This poses the gravest danger to Trump. Trouble in Texas Rick Perry has visions of a Vice Presidential nomination has joined with forces loyal to George P. Bush, the Texas land Commissioner and Ted Cruz to pack the Texas delegation – including the 40% delegates pledged to Trump who will be hard-core Trump opponents free to vote for rules that make the Big Steal from Trump possible or to unseat Trump delegates to help the big steal in Cleveland. Lubbock County Chairman Carl Tepper, the respected chairman of the Texas Republican County Chairmen’s Association has been shut down in his demand for Trump supporters in the delegation. There will be no Trump delegates from Texas even though party rules require 40 delegates vote for him on the first ballot. Stealing New Orleans style Trump won Louisiana’s Republican presidential primary by almost 4% points, but the Cruz is trying to grab 10 more delegates from the state than Trump. Mr. Cruz’s supporters also seized five of Louisiana’s six slots on the three most important committees that will adopt the rules and platform at the Convention and decide who gets to vote this summer in Cleveland. Trump and Cruz each won 18 delegates apiece based on the Louisiana results in the primary on March 5. But the five delegates awarded to Rubio are now free agents because he dropped out and they will to swing behind Mr. Cruz. The state’s five unbound delegates—who are free to back the candidates of their choice—are “regulars” who will vote for Cruz, GOP insiders told me. The kingmakers snuffed the Trump people easily delegates met to decide who will represent Louisiana on the three important convention committees gathered at a March 12 state convention to elect two members to each panel. Five of the six-committee members are Mr. Cruz backers and the sixth is uncommitted to a presidential candidate. Louisiana is the first state to name delegates to serve on the three committees. Palmetto State Problems The big steal is in full swing against Donald Trump in South Carolina where Trump won the primary last month. Bush, Cruz , and Rubio forces are aggressively mobilizing allies to recruit and elect their own stooges to the Republican National Convention — scheduled for late July in Cleveland. South Carolina’s potential delegates may be drawn only from the 925 party insiders who attended the state’s GOP convention in 2015. It’s a pool of party veterans with few Trump supporters. The South Carolina delegation may have no Trump supporters. The GOP bosses plan to use their majority to elect Trump hostiles to the crucial rules and credential’s committees as well. New York Rumble Trump has problems in his back yard where GOP state chairman Ed Cox has declined to endorse Trump who has the backing of more than 36 of the state’s 62 county leaders and expects to release a list of endorsements in the today. Trump is killing Texas Sen. Ted Cruz in the New York primary by 64-12 percent, according to a March 17 Emerson College poll. Trumpites and GOP Insiders are already fighting to grab the state’s 95 delegates . The primary is a month away and delegates are selected in two months. Buffalo developer Carl Paladino who routed the GOP Primary in 2014 and Trump staffer Mike Caputo have networked with GOP county leaders, who ultimately name the delegates. The Trump team boasts commitments from more than 36 of the state’s 62 county leaders and expects to release a list of endorsements in the coming days. ‘We need some kind of loyalty oath by these delegates that the will reflect the will of the voters” Paladino told me. Even party leaders who lean toward Trump today are loose “I have no deals with anybody and I’m not married to anyone,” said Nassau County GOP chair Joe Mondello. “I think Mr. Trump right now is the guy.” The Big Steal will shift into high gear when more states, including Arizona, Colorado and North Dakota, begin selecting their convention delegates, using methods including statewide and congressional district conventions ,meetings of state party leaders and county-level votes or caucuses Badger State Show Down Wisconsin appears to be the battleground for the GOP cabal to take Trump down. Sources tell me $25 million from Cruz and Cruz related superPACS as well as three different anti-Trump PACS funded by Romney backers will flood the state.Trump himself told me he won’t be out -campaigned in the Badger State. This is ground zero for Cruz. He must win it to have any shot of stalling Trump. Trump can sustain a loss but it will be costly. The Bush Connection Those who were surprised Jeb backed Cruz despite George W. Bush’s intense dislike for his former issues man shouldn’t be. Gramm is largely responsible for two bills which led to the speculative bubble which popped in September 2008. First was his Gramm-Leach-Bliley bill repealed Glass Steagall, which separated investment banking from commercial banking. Its repeal — which was signed into law by President Clinton, with the backing of Robert Rubin and Larry Summers — opened the door for a flood of money, from commercial banks, to flow into mortgage-backed securities and other funny-money schemes, which blew up in 2008. The second bill was the Commodity Futures Modernization Act (CFMA), which totally freed derivative trading from any regulatory oversight. This was another Phil Gramm bill, and was central to the bubble creation from 2000 to 2008, and then again today. Following the crash of 2008, the Dodd Frank bill was backed by Obama and teams of Wall Street lobbyists, who mobilized to make sure that Glass Steagall was not restored, and that the CFMA was kept in place. As a result, when combined with bailouts and Quantitative Easing, a new bubble has grown, allowing Wall Street speculators to continue the Ponzi scheme, while depriving the real economy of credit. Phil Gramm is now an official at UBS, the Swiss bank which has been under fire for its protection of tax-cheating U.S. corporations and the upper echelon of financial speculators. Gramm would be the architect of the Cruz economic model. God help us. The end game This is the insiders pulling strings illustration of power politics that will be played in Cleveland. While Mr. Trump leads in winning primary and caucus elections, and has won more delegates, the Establishment will stack the delegations to the convention, where the votes on the rules and seating of delegates could ultimately choose the nominee. Stacking the convention and its committees with supporters is the last option for Cruz, because a contested convention is his only viable path to the nomination. The Texas Senator must win 85% of the remaining delegates to win outright, a highly unlikely scenario with many states awarding delegates proportionally. The Kingmakers aren’t wedded to Cruz but the long shot nomination of a Romney or Ryan may be a reach too far. The what the Kingmakers must do first is stop Trump. Don’t underestimate the establishment’s desperation to overthrow the democratically expressed wishes of the people with a rigged convention. This time the conspirators are banking on the fact that the nomination will not be decided on the first ballot, but in a series of procedural votes by the entire convention. This will be the tell. At the same time the Bosses are furious at Governor John Kasich and his handler John Weaver. He hasn’t a hope of winning anything, but if he dropped out of the race the 66 delegates he picked up for winning Ohio would then go to Trump, who placed second. Kasich is playing for a Vice Presidential slot on somebody’s ticket The establishment elite will do anything and everything they can to disregard the democratically expressed wishes of the American people They will claim they are trying to strengthen the Republican Party for the general election. The truth is that if they succeed it will tear the GOP apart and make the nomination worthless. All the establishment elite are really interested in is keeping their grip on power within the party and maintaining their influence peddling businesses. I know. I was once one of the highest paid lobbyists in Washington. They really could care less who wins the general election. Most in the GOP lobbyist class derive their livelihood from the Republican majorities in Congress and they see Hillary Clinton as transactional, someone you can rent if not buy. The establishment have been running the Republican Party for so long, and wring the game for so long, that they haven’t realized things have changed. The rise of Trump is a tidal wave. In their deluded minds their plan to steal the nomination from Donald Trump will work just the same as it did with Ron Paul in 2012. But Trump has a constituency that will not stand for it. Trump has managed to awaken the silent majority of Americans who previously either did not bother to vote or just shrugged their shoulders and accepted that the system is rigged and the little man cannot have an impact. Today Trump has become a leader for the non-elites. He is an alternative to doing the bidding of Bushs and Clintons and their ilk who have become richer and richer while the ordinary people have become poorer and poorer and America itself turned into a debt-ridden shadow of its once great self. Unfortunately, because of establishment propaganda –that the MSM has been only too willing and eager to promulgate – many are still biased by their irrational hatred of Donald Trump – and the ham handed efforts by the Soros crowd to smear him as a racist – to even notice that the democratic foundation of their Nation and American Sovereignty is being destroyed by the very people who are conspiring to stop Trump’s nomination as the ease us towards the New World Order.
